Beneath the star studded sky
few steps I walk
in wet sands
rustling leaves
snowy terrains
high peaks
Tis the journey enchanting
destinations often end the urge to live.

Mortal

In  flood of  thoughts

I try to swim, 

sinks my nostrils

and emotions run to the brim…

Like a web woven with fine threads

knotted is the mind

in vivid imagination

castles are  built

the biggest of them

collapses

 without prior intimation

like a deck of cards fall

while staging like a palace

so appear the dreams

temporary and mortal.

Jubilation

beside the singing brook ,

I sat overwhelmed,

the song reminded of

those  lovely days...

a swaying leaf danced to 

its tunes

with the harp played

by the wind and rain!

 crimson my heart

embraced queen earth

in the falling drops

I discovered the  jubilation!
