GENTLY PASS !

Gently pass , thou !
alluring phase of ardent love…
in thy amor ,let me dive
to swim across the seven oceans…
to fall and rise
like a crest and trough
in thy intense veneration,
satiate my eternal desire.

SCARLET SKY

Of the scarlet sky,
zillions of thoughts emerge
as stars of mystic galaxy
shine and gleam
through nighttime...

like meteors few fall
as blossoms some remain bloomed
until the heart emblazons
and heralds with the carmine hue!

HUES OF SKY

Beyond the hues of the sky
reside my dreams,
far away from the horizon
away from the world mean...

in crimson ,saffron red I find,
the passion of my dreams,
motivates which every instant
with endless energy.

in azure ,I discover the serene
tranquil notes of life
which calm my senses
irate, like a stream pristine...

in dark sapphire grey ,i see
the storming clouds very near
hovering over my empty mind
if i run and flee with fear...

seeing the golden yellow,
I am inspired with a ray of hope,
that every grey cloud get saside
and a silver streak is always behind 
to show!!!

The above statement is rather befitting to introduce the very reason 'Suroor of the Soul' - a metaphysical anthology was penned. It is of abundance, diversity and contrasts, manifesting a richness of voices and internal enthusiasm to commence dialogue and delve deep within the esoteric realm of self-realisation through mysticism in order to unveil and unite with the ultimate happiness - 'Truth. 'Suroor of the Soul' (Intoxicated soul) is a book serving a multi-dimensional realm where humanness in being a human is a regal and recurring theme - and finally reaching to the Divine presence. It is in this very context that the mystic's role is to raise human love to the height of Divinity, hence, eliminating all boundaries to fathom that there is no difference between human love and Divine love, but, of course, the angle from which one is confronted is thereby the process at arriving at the ultimate happiness in both the outer and inner realms.

In humanity, we indirectly play a dual role; as spectators and participants in creating chaotic imbalance and harmony - a paradox, indeed. Absorbed in a world of variety and blinded by factuality, humanity often fails to grasp the inexpressible causes of intolerance, cruelty, fanaticism, ignorance and arrogance - in all this we are both the sufferer and the suffering; when we are cognizant of this paradoxical reality, then, it becomes a social, moral and spiritual duty to focus on cultivating love and harmony which can only result in a tendency toward spiritual awakening. 'Suroor of the Soul' is a seed and in the seed there is root, the stem, the branches, the leaves, the flower - the scent which tells the story of  'I' and 'You' - of our humanity in all its' conditions, of our individual quest to reach the soul's utter bliss and fragrance.

FROZEN STATUETTE

hours of unlimited quietness
awaiting to be broken
by your presence
metamorphosed into
a statuette ,
yearning moments of togetherness forever...

scattered leaves during the fall
blossomed flowers in times of spring
butterflies hovered over
yet the ephemeral moment remained unseen.

now an idol of frozen ice
white and pale in the weather
looks upon for a wanderer
who shall set ablaze the fire
to unfreeze the  frost layer after layer.

of this euphony since long
...
why doth you then run away
far to the dungeons
where the heart becomes prey
